Q. Do you offer personalization?
A. Yes we offer embroidery and heat press options to personalize your gift.
Q. What is the difference between embroidery and heat press?
A. Embroidery means to stitch a name in to a blanket. Heat press means printing a design using a special printer and pressing it on to the item using hot pressing machine.
Q. How long does personalization take?
A. Personalization is done off site and is generally completed within 5 business days. Although, during busy times it can take up to two weeks.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. All over Israel!!
Delivery in Jerusalem is $8.5-$20 depending on the location.
Delivery outside of Jerusalem is $13.
Q. How does delivery work?
A. During checkout you will be asked for the delivery address. Here in Israel there are a few things to note that are different about the addresses. Aside from the street, building and apartment number, there also may be multiple entrances to the same building. Also, there may be a code to get in to the building. Please make sure to provide all the necessary details for quick and smooth service. Unfortunately if we receive a wrong address and cannot deliver as a result, we will have to charge for a second delivery. Although we will try to make sure this does not happen by calling ahead of time.
We use a third party delivery service to deliver gifts. We try to have everything delivered in the quickest fashion, though depending on the destination it can take up to a week. Also, being that we utilize a third party service, we are not in control of the exact time of day it is delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. How long does it generally take from time of placing an order for that order to be shipped out?
A. It would depend on the items in the order. If there are no personalized items in your order, 1-3 business days for it to be shipped out. If there are personalized items in your order, it generally takes 3-5 business days for the order to be wrapped and shipped out. (This is not speaking about actual time it takes to receive the package once it is shipped, just the time it takes from placing the order till it is shipped out.)
Q. Do you gift wrap?
A. Yes! Every gift is wrapped beautifully free of charge. The only exception is gifts that are final sale.

Q. Can I reserve items if I haven't had a baby yet?
A. Yes! We can put something on hold for up to three months.
