Return policy

Any exchanges will incur a $4 restock fee.

All items must be returned with all packaging with tags attached and must be in original purchase condition, not used or worn. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. If it came with a bag it must be returned with the bag. (cloth bag) 

Please keep in mind if you try on a item on your child and they ruin or dirty it we cannot take it back or it must be bought.

Please inspect all clothing before you leave the store. Once you leave we wont be able to take back anything damaged or stained. 

Returns made by credit card/ quick pay/ zelle or cash must be returned the same business day to get full money back. Within 7 days you can exchange or receive store credit! Store Credit is valid for 6 months!

All Purchases made 7 days before a Yom Tov are final sale!

Sale items are final sale!!

Preorders can be returned same day minus 5% or exchanged within a week for credit. 

Gifts

Gifts are exchange only. We have a 3-week exchange only policy. You will have six months to use your credit. The six months starts from the time the gift was delivered. Please contact us for all exchanges.

Pacifier clips, teethers, rattles, dolls, playmats, plushies and bibs are final sale!!

GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE USED TO BUY ANOTHER GIFT CARD (YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU DO THIS)

Gift cards are valid for six months. 

If you want to have your exchange delivered and picked up there will be a double delivery fee. 

CREDIT CAN NOT BE USED FOR DELIVERY, EMBROIDERY OR SWADDLE BEE ADULT BLANKETS!!!!

Credits cannot be used on sale items.

Once an exchange/credit is made it is final sale!
